WARNING: WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. IF YOU PURCHASE A KEYBUDZ® PRODUCT FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED RESELLER, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED INTERNET RESELLER, YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID. ABOUT unauthorized resellers – no warranty
Product warranties for Keybudz® products are recited below. These product warranties are void and not applicable to products sold by or purchased from unauthorized resellers. Keybudz® products obtained from unauthorized resellers are obtained without warranty, “AS IS” and “with all faults.”
All warranties for Keybudz® products are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Purchasing Keybudz® products second-hand, or from unauthorized resellers, will void and otherwise make you ineligible for warranty protection. For example, there are no authorized resellers on eBay and Craigslist and purchasing our products from those services or sellers will make the purchased product ineligible for warranty protection. Please note that certain resellers on Amazon.com are also NOT authorized to sell Keybudz® products. Buying from unauthorized dealers on Amazon will void the warranty and otherwise make you ineligible for warranty protection.
When purchasing Keybudz® products online on Amazon US, pay special attention where it is being "Shipped from" or "Sold by," which can be found in the general headers of the product page, shopping cart, and checkout page. All warranties for Keybudz® products are valid only if purchased from the seller “MSSV” on Amazon US.
The consumer accepts responsibility to research the integrity and reputation of a reseller to ensure the reseller is authorized to sell and provide appropriate pre-purchase and post-purchase services. Internet resellers must be carefully scrutinized as they are very difficult to evaluate and often provide very limited or no customer service.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR KEYBUDZ® PRODUCTS
We warrant Keybudz® products to be free of material or workmanship flaws under the product's specific warranty guidelines (see below). The term and details of warranties vary for different products. Specific product warranty information for each product can be found below.
Failure to follow all installation, maintenance, and operating instructions while using Keybudz® products may cause damage to your device.
The limited warranties below are valid only in connection with the original purchase of new products from www.keybudz.com or a Keybudz® authorized retailer and the limited warranties extend from the original purchase date of the original product purchased.
An “original purchaser,” for the purposes of the limited warranties, is an individual or entity who purchases the product directly from www.keybudz.com or a Keybudz® authorized retailer with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use and not with the intent to resell the product.
Any individual or entity that purchases the product from whatever source with the intent to resell the product is an unauthorized reseller (“unauthorized reseller”). This limited warranty does not apply to products sold by unauthorized resellers, including without limitation, unauthorized resellers on third party websites, including, without limitation, Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, etc. Neither unauthorized resellers nor purchasers from unauthorized resellers are “original purchasers” for the purpose of this limited warranty. If a purchaser is not an “original purchaser," the purchaser takes the product “AS IS” and “with all faults.” IF THE PURCHASE OF A KEYBUDZ® PRODUCT WAS NOT DIRECTLY FROM OUR WEBSITE, PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT PURCHASER IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND ELIGIBLE TO MAKE A VALID CLAIM UNDER OUR LIMITED WARRANTY.
Class and Culture LLC grants this limited product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with published instructions for a term of one year from the date of the original purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Class and Culture LLC will inspect, test, and confirm the product defect and in its sole discretion repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or functional equivalent. This Keybudz® Warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligent use, willful abuse, intentional acts to damage the product, mishandling or improper usage (including use contrary to the product’s intended use), alteration, unauthorized repair or modification, any physical damage to the product, cosmetic damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions (including prolonged exposure to caustic or corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils or fuels), acts of nature, misrepresentation or fraudulent claims, failure to follow instructions, any damage caused by use with third party products (including screen protectors, cleaning solutions, charge cables or headphones), products purchased from an unauthorized reseller, or if inspection or testing show that an alleged defect does not exist.
To obtain warranty service, please email email@example.com with purchase date, receipt, product SKU, problem description, name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to process your claim, Class and Culture LLC or its authorized representative may require that you provide further information, including shipment of defective product and proof of purchase documents. You are responsible for all costs associated with claims submitted under this Warranty, including the cost of shipping, handling, customs duties, and other associated taxes and charges. You must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations to send the product to or to receive a replacement product from Class and Culture LLC, 3218 E PIco Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90023.
